I am a franchisee of two franchise systems. I own a franchise consulting firm. I work with a franchise developer in creating franchise systems and I am on the board of the Franchise Brokers Association. I live, breathe, eat, and sleep franchising and I LOVE IT!!!

Hi Sabrina,
Thanks for your interest.
We work on "Operation Franchise", a quarterly publication that goes to all 350 US Military Transition Centers, The Dept. of Veteran Affairs, the VA, The Military Officers' Association and is also on sale at all US Military Bases.
We allow up to 40 companies to take a position by way of an advertisement, providing that they have a training program, a Vet discount, and are financially viable, as well as being (obviously), Military friendly.
The Transition Officers are vital to this, as they conduct the final interviews, etc, and advise on businesses that are viable and fit the profile of the exiting personnel. (250,00 per year, of which approximately 75,000 are looking for this kind of business entry advice).
Whilst other mags may do a good job and are generally available in book stores, they don't do all of the above vis a vis overall distribution and multiple angles.
We are also IFA members and cooperate with Vetfran.
Does this scenario fit you?
Give me a call on (813) 675-3854
Regards,
Allen P Coates.

Are the leagal aspects of runing a franchise covered by the franchise organization or the propriator?
Shoud a franchise propriator retain leagal representation after establishing a operations contract with the franchise organization?

Hi Sabrina,
I'm not actually a franchise broker. What I do is facilitate introductions for franchise brokers and franchising companies to target Military personnel who are transitioning into civilian life and looking for a second career in business for themselves. Are these (Vets) a target market for you?
My # is (813) 675-3854.
Best, Allen
